An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of independent advocates with vacancies for:
Client Caseworker:
1 x 30 hour per week Client Case Worker – supporting our advocacy team and clients by taking and responding to initial referrals, allocating to advocates and undertaking initial contacts and recording on our client case database – hybrid home and office working. £21,257 (£26,217 FTE)
Advocacy West Wales-Eiriolaeth Gorllewin Cymru is a leading provider of independent advocacy in West Wales.
If you:
Have excellent communication, telephone, organisational and IT skills,
Possess excellent communication skills and an empathic and non-judgmental approach to working with the people you support.
Are either a bilingual Welsh and English speaker, or willing to develop your Welsh language skills.
Have a strong commitment to and understanding of issues of social justice, human rights, equality and inclusion,
Enjoy working as part of a team and engaging with a wide range of people, both professionals and clients of the service,
Want to commit to undertaking the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Qualification (Level 2 for any non-advocacy roles such as the CCW role).
You may have the skills required for this role.
